Inequity, injustice and just plain wrong

Overheard at the downtown 24 hour fitness -
A white guy in the locker room humming right along with Bananarama's "I heard a Rumour"
So I looked up and thought to myself "Dude! What the Hell?! Check yourself, that is no "Cruel Summer' you hum among showering men."
And then, I realized with a sad heart, the innate racist leanings within my heart...
Because I can tell you right now - if dude was black - I know for a fact that I would have thought differently...
"Dude! What the Fuck?! Check yourself, that is no "Cruel Summer' you hum among showering men."
So unfair...

My New Year's resolution

This is a true gem. I urge you to hear it out, at least until Spirit of Radio kicks in. There's actually a few more available like it, if you dare.

What takes this one over the top though, are the notes left in the "About This Video" section on YouTube. Apparently, Geddy Lee does not rank in his Top 10 male rock vocalists. I'd love to have heard the debate over Ian Gillam and Brad Delp for the 10th spot.

This has inspired me to make a New Year's resolution: I will hereby ensure each of my Top 10 Rock Musician lists are complete and meticulously maintained throughout the year. I realize it's been over 20 years or so since my last update. My only dilemma now is whether or not to include separate categories for both Pop and Rock vocalists (male and female ranked separately, of course) or just say to hell with it and lump them into one Pop/Rock category. I do not want to come across and presumptuous and careless by combining, but it does take a lot of time to create and maintain these things. Any suggestions?
